How we choose our hash
Small producers, traditional pressing, tested per batch. If a batch changes, the listing changes—what you re-order is what you got last time.
Orders ship vacuum-sealed from within Europe, in plain packaging with a generic sender. UPS and InPost include real-time tracking (4–7 working days); Postal Mail takes 5–10 with no tracking. If a package is lost, we re-ship it free—that's been the deal since 2018.
How are orders packed for shipping?

What if my package doesn't arrive?
We re-ship it free. If tracking shows lost, returned, or stuck—or 15 working days pass with no updates—contact support and we send a new one.
