Orders ship vacuum-sealed from within Europe, in plain packaging with a generic sender. UPS and InPost include real-time tracking (4–7 working days); Postal Mail takes 5–10 with no tracking. If a package is lost, we re-ship it free—that's been the deal since 2018.
