"I don't know if I got a defective one or what: when I press the button underneath, a red light comes on and it shuts off. Plus, when it's on, I can't even tell which mode I'm using. But that doesn't really matter because I don't feel any effect at all. I was curious to try it, but it was a huge disappointment. I'm sticking to the classic products, which are the absolute best"
