“The quality of the product and the delivery time is as usual, but please someone explain to me whose idea it was to change the perfectly functioning page for this abomination, the frontend is a disaster and difficult to manage also some links lead nowhere, there are a million errors and most importantly I can't open a message with the admin, when I press on the message it says I have no right to see it.”
“I’ve been a customer for years, but the unannounced change in style and the new purchase methods—even on the .org domain—made me very suspicious. Regardless, I placed an order with tracking and, so far, everything seems normal; I’m tracking my package and it’s moving as usual. That being said: The bank transfer or credit card payment simply creates an account on an exchange (Bitnovo), which then forwards the funds to a wallet. .org sites can be taken down if they violate certain regulations (I’m not sure if that’s the case here). A simple announcement about the site’s restyling would have put a lot of people at ease. Update: The courier was late, but it’s not the seller's fault. The product is really good!! The aroma is pungent and the taste is full-bodied. I’m much more at ease now and I hope to keep buying products of this quality.”
