“Tracking says delivered and received by 'Detained', I have not received the package. I reached out to support, they say the person receiving the package put down 'Detained' and the delivery process was as normal...but I have never had to put my name down on receipt of a package? I have spent tens of thousands here and support have even referenced fraud to me...quite disappointing. Anxiety inducing too. My first issue in 20+ orders though.”
